Bounds Law Library Handbook 2004-2005
Welcome to the Bounds Law Library of The University of Alabama School
of Law. You will spend a significant amount of time here during the next three
years. This handbook is provided to make your use of the library easier. It is not a
manual on legal research, but rather an explanation of the resources, services, and
policies of the library.
The library rules and policies are intended to facilitate the use of the library
and its services by making them available without unreasonable delay. The staff is
a group of highly skilled people whose primary responsibility is to assist you with
your legal research needs. Suggestions and comments about the library are
welcomed.
Best wishes for a successful law school experience.
